Yes. NourishCare does not store personally identifiable health information. Ordering is bed-based, not name-based. Data is hosted on South African servers and we are fully POPIA-compliant. Our DPA is available on request.
Absolutely. Kitchen managers can add, remove, and label any meal with custom dietary tags (Halaal, Kosher, Diabetic-Friendly, Low Sodium, etc.). Each hospital's menu is entirely theirs to manage.
